A few weeks ago, I received a box of Ambrosial Granola from a mystery person (I still don’t know who you are!).
Whomever it was, though, has certainly got my number. As of late, I haven’t been able to get enough of these delicious yogurt bowls, which I love for their portability (I bring them to work), how satisfying they are, the variety of flavors and textures, and their nutrition punch!

Ambrosial Granola is inspired by the principles of the Mediterranean diet, which focuses on nutrition from healthy fats, whole grains, fresh fruit, vegetables, and fish, and encourages heart health.
It all started when Anastasia, a new mother, couldn’t find a breakfast cereal or granola cereal good enough to feed her children.
Raised on the Mediterranean diet and motivated by the blossoming environmental movement advocating the return to traditional plant-based diet, whole grains, plant protein and clean food, Anastasia decided to create her own healthy granola recipe for her family.
Not a simple task at the time! She began by seeking out hard-to-find granola ingredients from sparsely located health food stores. After some experimentation, the first batches of fragrant organic whole grains, walnuts, seeds and honey started coming out of the kitchen oven. Delicious granola became the perfect breakfast, offering the wholesome goodness and nutritional balance of the traditional Mediterranean diet to the family.
The homemade granola recipes are made with the same uncompromised passion for quality a few decades later. Anastasia is the heart and soul of the family owned and operated company. With the same activist mindset that we all should be “part of the solution,” she is making sure that Ambrosial Granola offers the absolute best products, nourishing clean food that tastes great and is good for our family and yours.
There are some things that have changed since the beginning – the children are grown ups now and granola is not only for hippies anymore. What remain unchanged are our values and quality standards.
All of Ambrosial’s products are 100% USDA Certified Organic, contain no added fat, have a 31- 37% fruit, nut and seed content, and are rich in Omega-3s, antioxidants, fiber and whole grains.
The ingredient lists are short, clean, and to the point.

The granola is texture-heavy, and full of satisfying chunks.

The muesli is mixed with a variety of dried fruits and seeds.

Mixed together with yogurt, nut butter…

… and plenty of fruit…

It’s all part of your complete breakfast.
The best part? The company is based locally, right here in New York!
Want to try Ambrosial Granolas for yourself? I’m now selling the 3-pack sampler (seen above) in my OpenSky shop.

You can also enter to win some! After seeing my post, Hericlia from Ambrosial Granola reached out to offer one reader the same package I received: two bags of granola and one bag of muesli. Sweet deal! And if you’re like me, and only use 1/4 cup at a time (I mix it in with other cereals and toppings), it’ll last for months!
The contest is open to US and Canadian residents. Here’s how to enter!

The Grecian Grove Granola Orange, Apricot & Cranberry
Antioxidant Blend sounds great.
I dreamed that I was back in high school and was doing some last minute studying because I was unprepared for a test.
The Grecian Grove Granola sounds great.
I tweeted.
Muesli! (!) I’ve been so sad I haven’t found any good stuff since Hong Kong. Can’t go back there, so I’d LOVEEE to win some to try here. I will like you on facebook. Hooray!
Grecian Grove! I am on a major apricot kick these days.
The Athenian Harvest Muesli is calling my name for sure!!
thanks for holding this wonderful giveaway! I think the venetian vineyard sounds absolutely amazing! i love cashews and dates together!
I always have these really wild and active dreams that leave me feeling super tired in the morning! I feel like I’ve been running all night! Most recently I had one where I was a student at Hogwarts except it doesn’t quite look like the Hogwarts in the movies and I was going through all this intense battle training.
I already like (/love!) lilveggiepatch on facebook!

I love the sound of the Athenian granola!
oh, pick me! i love granola and eat it almost every day. the venetian granola is totally up my alley – all my favorite flavors.
my latest dream involved me running into my boss in the airport in berlin. i was with a friend from high school, and i accidentally introduced my boss’ partner as his wife. all i can really remember is a lot of gender confusion and me being very tongue-tied. can someone tell me what this means?
I love Muesli!! I have fond memories of eating it with my grandmother when I would visit her!
I have been having some really really crazy dreams lately. The one that really stick in my mind is the other night, I dreamt that my new nephew (due in February) was born. I held him in my arms, talked to him, kissed his little cheeks. I really saw his face and all the detail of his eyes, nose, mouth, cheeks, and ears. In my dream my sister and brother-in-law named him Peter. I guess we will see when he is actually born how much he resembles the nephew in my dream.
That muesli sounds incredible, and I love muesli!
I’ve been having crazy dreams lately, too!
Strangest one in the past week: I was kind of on a date with Ben Foster, from the new movie The Mechanic. although, I knew him as Tucker on Fast Forward when I was growing up. So weird!
The Grecian Grove granola sounds divine
I had a dream that I was pushing a shopping cart through a store, collecting puppies. I was seriously sad when it was time to wake up.
1. The Venetian Vineyard sounds delightful.
I follow you on twitter and retweeted the giveaway.
2. I dreamed that I was dating this guy on campus that I barely know, and he was yelling at me and asking me why I pretended to like death metal…but I didn’t remember talking to him about it, much less dating him.
4. I already like lilveggiepatch on facebook.

The one with dates! I love dates! Such a great give away sounds like a great product!
I saw apricots and the rest did not matter, I want the Grecian Grove Granola.
I would love to try the muesli, it just reminds me of being in Europe.
Last night I dreamt I was in the witness protection program, but the people protecting me were no good and everyone around me died.
Last night I had a dream there was a zombie outbreak. It did not surprise me since my husband is obsessed with zombies. We live in FL and we do not have a hurricane kit, we have a zombie kit.
My latest dream (or perhaps nightmare?) was going to Australia and someone really close to me died
Hope dreams don’t come true!
The walnut, date, and cashew looks fab!
I would love to try the Venetian Vineyards – I love so many of the ingredients!
Holy mama! That Venetian Vineyard looks to die for.
Last night (after watching Eat, Pray, Love earlier this week) I had a dream that I was in an arranged marriage. The man seemed very nice but never spoke directly to me. The dream went all the way through the wedding and me moving into his family’s home and then I woke up – soooo strange!
You are liked on Facebook (and in general)!
And you are tweeted via liveenchanted
Enchanted Tuesday to you!

They all sound good- but maybe the Athenian Harvest!
