Rabbits On The Run

Hi, friends! No post today due to the worst F-word around (f-i-n-a-l-s) but I just wanted to pop in and let you know that Vanessa Carlton’s new record, Rabbits On The Run, is out! This is a pretty special album because not only is it fabulous in and of itself, but because Ari, my one and only, worked on the record* and has been touring with Vanessa for the last couple months.

Seriously, it’s great. It’s great in that way that songs can break your heart each time you listen to them, if ya know what I mean. Do you know what I mean?

Rabbits On The Run is available everywhere, but it’s just one click away here on iTunes. Buy it and listen. Pop it in your car’s CD player and listen on the way to work, take it with you while you run. If you listen three times and you’re not sold, I’ll send you a batch of cookies. But I don’t think I’ll be turning on my oven .

ALSO, Vanessa will be playing on The Tonight Show (Jay Leno!) this evening, with Ari accompanying her on guitar. I believe it will be on at 11:35 EST (I’m not used to watching TV in real time!). We can have a virtual watching party with popcorn and everything. Find me on Twitter!
