A Little Help Getting Your Fitness Mojo Back

I’ve had a difficult time “finding time” to exercise lately, but my friend Leslie- also a grad student- gave it to me straight.  “You always have time.  You can walk 15 minutes to the gym, take an hour or however long you’re there, and walk 15 minutes home.”  In other words: stop making excuses.

My latest Ellie order arrived just in time.  It sounds a little superficial, but sometimes a new outfit/ accessor/ cooking toy really does put a little extra pep in our steps.  For me, that pep- or motivation, hey?- came in the form of my latest Ellie outfit.   You may remember them as PV Body… the company has recently traded hands and is now creating their own line of luxury fitness apparel.

I LOVE the pink top.  It has a built-in bra, but doesn’t feel constricting at all.  (It also provides plenty of support- something I look for in a good piece of sportswear.)  It’s long, so I wasn’t constantly hiking it down.  And look at the cute perforated detail!

B also is particularly  fond of the pants… but we’ll leave it at that.
